Receipt of the Token of Interest confirms the formal initiation of the project process with Ordient Infra.
The TOI covers only the services specifically mentioned in the approved proposal, quotation, or agreement.
Any revisions, modifications, additional design requests, or scope additions beyond the approved scope shall be charged separately.
All TOI payments made towards project initiation are strictly non-refundable.
Project timelines may vary depending on approvals, discussions, site conditions, and external dependencies.
All project concepts, renders, BOQs, and documents remain the intellectual property of Ordient Infra.
Execution activities proceed only upon approvals and scheduled payments.
Outstation projects may attract additional charges and applicable TOI shall be 1% of project value.
TOI may be adjusted against final project value subject to approval.
Ordient Infra reserves the right to decline or discontinue project engagement.
