Important Guidelines & Conditions

Receipt of the booking amount confirms the formal initiation of the project process with Ordient Infra.
All payments made towards booking and project initiation are strictly non-refundable.
The project scope includes only the services mentioned in the approved quotation or proposal.
Any additional changes, redesigns, revisions, or scope additions beyond the approved scope may be charged separately.
Project timelines depend on timely approvals, discussions, feedback, and information shared by the client.
All drawings, concepts, renders, layouts, and technical documents remain the property of Ordient Infra until complete payment settlement.
Construction costing and execution pricing will be based on the final approved drawings and specifications.
Further stages of work will proceed only after stage-wise approvals and payment clearances.
Any delay in payments may impact project timelines, scheduling, and deliverables.
Timelines may vary due to soil testing reports, authority approvals, vendor timelines, material availability, or site conditions.
Major changes requested after approvals may result in additional project timelines.
Execution activities will begin only after final approvals, documentation, and commercial confirmations are completed.
